DSW develops and constructs complete affordable housing communities for public agencies, nonprofit organizations, developers, and housing programs. Our team provides a comprehensive approach to community development, managing every phase from early planning and site preparation through infrastructure installation, vertical construction, inspections, and final delivery.

Our capabilities include land development, grading, drainage, roadway construction, utility coordination, permitting, and the construction of durable, energy-efficient single-family homes. By overseeing both the horizontal and vertical components of each development, DSW creates a streamlined and coordinated process that supports quality, schedule control, and cost efficiency.

We work closely with project partners to develop thoughtfully planned neighborhoods that respond to local housing needs and provide families with safe, modern, and attainable places to live. Whether constructing a small group of homes or a larger residential development, DSW brings the experience, resources, and construction capacity needed to deliver affordable housing communities that support long-term stability and community growth.

In 2017 The Department of Economic Opportunity (DEO) sought bids from highly qualified construction contractors capable of performing rehabilitation and reconstruction of single-family and multi-family residential structures. These projects are carried out in compliance with local, Federal, and State statutory requirements for grants under the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) Community Development Block Grant Disaster Recovery (CDBG-DR) program.

DSW Homes, LLC secured its contract in 2017 following the devastation caused by Hurricane Irma in Florida. DSW’s commendable work in the rehabilitation and reconstruction of residential structures prompted an extension of the contract to encompass the recovery efforts after Hurricane Michael in 2018.

DSW Homes, LLC actively commenced its involvement in recovery efforts back in 2017 and has continued to provide assistance under the terms of this ongoing contract.
