Curtis Clayton is a seasoned construction professional with more than 21 years of experience managing residential construction, rehabilitation, and large-scale disaster recovery projects. As Chief Operating Officer of DSW Homes, he provides operational leadership for construction programs, overseeing project execution, budgeting, scheduling, subcontractor management, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance.
Since joining DSW Homes in 2010, Mr. Clayton has supervised more than $200 million in CDBG-funded rehabilitation projects while helping develop and implement company-wide construction standards, operational procedures, and safety programs. Known for his hands-on leadership and commitment to excellence, he has successfully streamlined processes, improved project efficiency, and maintained high standards of quality and customer satisfaction across diverse project portfolios.
With extensive experience managing multimillion-dollar contracts and leading construction teams, Mr. Clayton brings a strong combination of technical expertise, operational insight, and proven leadership to every project, helping ensure successful outcomes for clients and communities alike.
