Morris Lang brings more than a decade of experience managing complex disaster recovery, residential construction, and federally funded housing programs across the United States and its territories. Since joining DSW Homes, he has provided leadership for programs in New York, Louisiana, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands, overseeing construction operations, contractor performance, compliance, quality control, scheduling, and homeowner coordination.

Mr. Lang has managed more than $10 million in construction projects and has extensive experience working alongside government agencies, FEMA representatives, construction managers, inspectors, contractors, and homeowners. His background includes supporting major recovery initiatives such as the Louisiana Shelter at Home Program and New York City’s Build It Back Program, where he helped improve workflows, streamline procedures, strengthen contractor coordination, and increase overall program efficiency.

Known for his practical leadership style and commitment to accountability, Mr. Lang develops clear processes that improve productivity without compromising safety, quality, or regulatory compliance. His expertise in resource management, quality assurance, risk mitigation, and field operations helps ensure projects remain organized, compliant, and focused on delivering safe, resilient homes to the families and communities DSW Homes serves.
