Building on our successful delivery of disaster recovery housing programs throughout Florida, DSW Homes was selected to provide construction management services for Sarasota County’s Resilient SRQ 2022 and 2024 Storms Housing Recovery Programs. Our team provides the structure, oversight, and hands-on support needed to move residential rehabilitation and reconstruction projects from pre-construction through final completion.

DSW Homes works closely with Sarasota County, contractors, inspectors, homeowners, and program partners to coordinate schedules, documentation, inspections, permitting, quality control, and construction milestones. We help contractors understand program requirements, strengthen their project management processes, and develop effective approaches to homeowner communication. By providing a consistent framework for accountability, reporting, and issue resolution, we help keep projects compliant, transparent, and moving forward while supporting the delivery of safe, resilient homes to storm-impacted Sarasota County residents.
