Stephen Lott is a seasoned construction executive with more than 15 years of leadership experience in residential construction and disaster recovery operations across the Gulf Coast. Since joining DSW Homes in 2020, he has played a pivotal role in managing multimillion-dollar projects of varying size and complexity, consistently delivering successful outcomes through strategic planning, operational excellence, and strong leadership.
As Senior Vice President of Operations, Mr. Lott oversees large-scale construction programs, directing project execution, resource allocation, workforce management, budgeting, and quality assurance to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards. He has successfully led the completion of more than 1,300 residential construction projects, demonstrating a proven ability to mobilize teams, scale operations rapidly, and deliver quality housing solutions within accelerated schedules.
