Trevor Hartman

Program Manager

Trevor Hartman serves as a Program Manager for DSW Homes, where he oversees residential rehabilitation, reconstruction, and manufactured housing unit replacement projects within federally funded disaster recovery programs. He brings extensive experience managing construction activities from preconstruction through closeout, including scope verification, permitting, environmental compliance, scheduling, budgeting, contractor oversight, quality assurance, inspections, and homeowner coordination.

Throughout his career, Mr. Hartman has managed CDBG-DR–funded and other public-sector residential construction projects across Florida. He works closely with homeowners, subcontractors, inspectors, program administrators, and local officials to resolve project challenges, maintain accurate documentation, and ensure each home is completed in accordance with applicable program requirements, quality standards, and established timelines.

Before serving as a project and program manager, Mr. Hartman owned and operated a home improvement and property management company, where he managed construction execution, estimating, scheduling, material procurement, client relations, and business operations. His hands-on background in framing, carpentry, roofing, and exterior renovations provides him with a practical understanding of construction operations and allows him to effectively lead field teams while maintaining a strong focus on safety, quality, compliance, and homeowner satisfaction.
