New Jersey Rehabilitation, Reconstruction, Elevation and Mitigation (RREM)

In October 2012, Superstorm Sandy impacted many states along the Eastern United States, including New Jersey. With flooding, wind damage, and more, thousands of homes were damaged as a result. Homeowners were without power and other essential utilities, making their residences uninhabitable.

In July 2013, DSW Homes was accepted into the New Jersey RREM program construction commenced in Spring of 2014.
