South Carolina Office of Resilience (SCOR)
Since 2017, DSW Homes has served as a key construction partner for the South Carolina Office of Resilience, supporting housing recovery efforts across multiple HUD Community Development Block Grant Disaster Recovery programs.
DSW’s work has helped communities recover from the Historic Floods of 2015, Hurricane Matthew, Hurricane Florence, and Hurricane Helene through rehabilitation and reconstruction services completed in compliance with federal, state, local, and program requirements.
